- How is the resale value worked out?
- From the phone's launch price, how many years old it is, and the condition you pick. Phones lose the most value in the first year, then less each year after.
- Is an exchange offer better than selling?
- Selling yourself usually gets more money, while exchange is faster and safer. If the exchange offer is close to the low end of our range, take it.
- Does the box and charger matter?
- Yes. Buyers pay a little more for the original box and bill, because it shows the phone is genuine and not stolen.
- What should I do before selling my phone?
- Back up your data, sign out of Google or Apple ID, remove the SIM and memory card, then reset to factory settings.
