Does Tuvvo store my warranty bills or IMEI number?

No. Bills, photos, PDFs and IMEI numbers are saved only in your own browser. We never receive them. You can delete them any time from the Privacy page.

Nothing to steal: no accounts

Tuvvo has no sign-up, no passwords and no user database. There is no account to break into and no list of users to leak.
Your country, saved phones, price alerts, warranty bills, photos and IMEI numbers stay in your own browser on your own device. We never receive them.

Locked-down connections and pages

Every page loads over HTTPS, and browsers are told to always use HTTPS for tuvvo.in (HSTS).
A strict Content Security Policy lets your browser run code only from Tuvvo itself and Cloudflare's bot check, so injected scripts are blocked.
Tuvvo can't be shown inside another website's frame, which stops click-jacking tricks.
Browsers are told not to guess file types, to share as little as possible about where you came from, and that Tuvvo never uses your location, microphone or payments.
Every request that changes something is checked to come from Tuvvo itself (cross-site request protection).

A guarded AI helper

Wise only answers questions about phones. Off-topic requests get a polite no and never reach the AI.
Attempts to make Wise ignore its rules, reveal its instructions or talk about Tuvvo's systems are turned away.
Each visitor can ask a limited number of questions per minute and per day, so nobody can flood it.
Live AI answers start only after you agree, and we don't keep chat history.

Spam-proof forms

Every field is checked again on our server, whatever the browser sends: length limits, a real email, and plain text only.
Links are accepted only in link fields, and only as safe https links. Links, HTML, hidden or disguised web addresses and code in text boxes are rejected.
Hidden trap fields catch bots, a spam-word filter catches junk, and each visitor can send only a few entries per minute and per day.
Entries go to a private Google Sheet that only the Tuvvo team can open, with protection against spreadsheet formula tricks.

Safe code, checked often

Every code change is reviewed and tested before it goes live, and the daily phone-data update can't publish if any check fails.
We scan the software libraries Tuvvo uses for known security problems and update them when a fix comes out.
Secrets such as service keys live in our host's secure settings, never in the website code.
Visitor addresses are turned into a one-way code before any limit is counted, so raw IP addresses aren't stored.

Privacy by design

BizFay follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our privacy notice explains what little we process and how to delete it.
No advertising trackers, no selling of data, and store links never change our rankings.
