Everything in Tuvvo is protected by copyright and other laws, including the Tuvvo name and logo, the look and design of the app, our written phone summaries, scores, tips and guides, the phone finder quiz and how it matches phones, the share cards, the images, the code, and how our phone data is selected and arranged.

You may: use Tuvvo for your own personal use, share links to our pages, share our share cards, and quote a short part of our text if you name Tuvvo and link to the page.

You may not: copy, republish, sell or rebuild our content, data, design or features; make an app, website or brand that copies Tuvvo or could be confused with it; use bots, scrapers or other automatic tools to collect our content or data; or remove our copyright notices.

If you want to use our content in another way, ask us first. We take copying seriously and may take legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other Indian laws.

Phone names, brand names and logos (such as Apple, iPhone, Samsung, Galaxy, Google and Pixel) belong to their owners. We use them only to describe their products. Tuvvo is independent and is not linked to, approved by or sponsored by any phone maker or store.

We check our phone data regularly, but prices, offers, specs, scores, repair costs and trade-in values can change or be wrong. They are guides, not promises. Always check the final price and details with the seller or service centre before you buy, sell or repair.

Wise answers are written automatically and can be wrong or out of date. Use them as helpful suggestions, not as professional, legal, financial or safety advice. Don't share personal details like your IMEI, passwords or bank details in the chat. See our privacy notice.

The speaker cleaner plays a loud, low tone, so keep the phone away from your ears. It helps shake out water drops but does not repair water damage. Battery readings come from your browser and may not be exact. Use these tools at your own risk.

Store, news and resale links take you to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, prices, products or privacy practices.

Tuvvo is free and provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the app, such as buying a phone at a different price than shown. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India will handle any disputes.
