Privacy notice

BizFay runs Tuvvo and decides how the little personal data it handles is used. Under the DPDP Act, that makes BizFay the "Data Fiduciary".

These are saved only in your own browser. We never receive them, and anyone using this browser on this device can see them:

• Your country, Simple or Geek mode, and your current phone
• The phones in your Showdown
• Your warranty bills, IMEI numbers and bill photos
• Your AI chat choice below

Share cards, battery readings, the speaker cleaner and the claim slip all run on your phone. Nothing is uploaded.

Wise, the AI helper (only with your consent): when live AI answers are on, your questions, the phone model you picked and your country are sent to our AI service provider so it can write the answer. We use them only to answer you. We don't keep chat history, and we don't use your chats to advertise to you.

Error reports: if a page crashes, our hosting provider may receive a technical report about the error so we can fix it.

Links: when you tap a store, news, resale or WhatsApp link, you go to that site, and its own privacy policy applies.

We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or use advertising trackers.

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• Ask what personal data we process about you and who we share it with
• Ask us to correct, complete or delete it
• Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
• Name someone to use these rights for you if you die or can't act yourself
• Make a complaint to us, and if you're not happy with our answer, to the Data Protection Board of India

Because we don't keep accounts or chat history, most of your data is only on your device, and you can delete it yourself below.

Tuvvo is for everyone, but live AI answers from Wise are for people aged 18 and over. If you're under 18, please use it only with a parent or guardian's permission.

All connections use HTTPS encryption. If a data breach ever affected your personal data, we would tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
